Gigantic Bag manufactures quality polyethylene films and bags for many industries. Our catalog includes packaging and industrial items such as can liners, layflat bags and pallet or bin covers; home care items like Habitat™ compostable kitchen liners and multi‑use bags; healthcare supplies such as biohazard waste bags and isolation gowns; janitorial liners and heavy‑duty contractor bags. We have added shipping and mailing supplies — zipper bags, poly mailers and packing list envelopes — to help protect products and documents during transit. Many of our products can be customized and ordered in bulk.
Are your bags made in the USA and recyclable?
Yes. Gigantic Bag manufactures its products in the United States. Many of our bags are made from 100 % recyclable polyethylene. We also offer BioBoost™ options using post‑consumer and post‑industrial recycled materials to increase recycled content.
What is BioBoost™ and can I add it to my order?
BioBoost™ is our eco‑friendly resin blend that increases the amount of recycled material in a product. When you add BioBoost to an order, you get heavy‑duty construction (up to 8 mil thick) made from post‑consumer and post‑industrial resins. You can request BioBoost on many of our layflat bags and custom packaging solutions by mentioning it when you request a quote.
Are your products food‑safe?
Yes. Our layflat bags and packaging solutions are produced from 100 % virgin resin that meets FDA and USDA requirements for direct food contact. If you choose the BioBoost option, please let us know your intended use so we can ensure it meets food‑safety requirements.
Do you offer compostable or biodegradable bags?
We have a line of Habitat™ compostable can liners and multi‑use bags for customers looking for an environmentally friendly alternative to traditional polyethylene. Look for products labeled “Habitat” within our Home Care category.
Do you sell zipper bags, poly mailers and packing list envelopes?
Yes. In addition to our core lines, we now sell shipping and mailing supplies. These include zipper bags with resealable closures, durable poly mailers with self‑sealing adhesive flaps, and packing list envelopes for attaching documents securely to shipments.
Why should I choose poly mailers for shipping?
Poly mailers are lightweight yet durable envelopes made from high‑grade plastic. They resist tearing and ripping, and their strong adhesive flaps provide a secure seal. Most mailers are flexible and can be folded around your items without needing tape or staples. Because they are slim and easy to use, poly mailers cut down on packaging waste and shipping costs while still protecting products in transit. Many styles come in assorted colors and patterns to customize your shipments.
How do I place an order?
You can order most stocked items directly through our website. The quick‑buy feature allows you to add products to your cart without leaving the collection page. For custom sizes, colors or large quantities, use our Request a Quote form. Provide dimensions, materials, quantities and any special instructions. Our team will respond within two business days.
Do you have minimum order quantities?
Standard products are sold by the box or roll. Minimums may be higher for custom orders or items shipped directly from our manufacturing plant. When you request a quote, we will provide pricing and minimum order requirements.
Do you offer volume discounts?
Yes. We offer volume discounts for bulk orders or recurring purchases. Request a quote or contact us for wholesale pricing.
How can I reorder easily or subscribe to regular deliveries?
Create an account on our website to access easy reordering and subscription options. Subscriptions let you schedule recurring deliveries at a discount. Availability may vary by product.
How are shipping costs calculated and when does ownership transfer?
Unless otherwise agreed, we ship FOB from our manufacturing plant. Title and risk of loss transfer to you when the goods leave our facility. We choose the carrier, and shipping charges plus any additional delivery costs are added to your invoice. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays or material shortages.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the United States. For international orders, please email hello@giganticbag.com or call our customer service number to discuss options.
How do I track my order?
After your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. If you have an account, you can also view order history and status under My Account. Contact customer service if you need assistance.
What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted only with prior written consent. Special or custom orders are non‑returnable and non‑refundable. Standard materials may be subject to restocking and repackaging charges, and prepaid freight may be required for returns. We do not offer charge‑backs or penalties for disputed orders.
What should I do if I receive damaged or incorrect goods?
Inspect your shipment immediately upon arrival. Claims for damage, discrepancies or non‑conformance must be made within five days of receipt. Failure to notify us within this period constitutes a waiver of your claim. To initiate a claim, contact us with your order number and details of the issue.
Can I cancel or change an order?
Requests to cancel or change orders are considered on a case‑by‑case basis. Because production begins quickly, cancellation charges may apply. Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.
Are your products certified or compliant with industry standards?
Gigantic Bag and Cougar Bag are third‑party quality certified. Gigantic Bag holds a Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) certification for sanitation and documentation, and Cougar Bag has an AIB International certification for food safety. Our manufacturing site in Summit, Mississippi follows strict quality standards. Customers agree to comply with OSHA and other safety laws when using our products.
Do you provide any warranties?
Our liability for defective or non‑conforming goods is limited to repair, replacement or credit of the purchase price. We exclude implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Is it safe to store plastic bags around children?
No. Plastic bags pose a suffocation hazard. Keep plastics away from babies and children. They should not be used in cribs, beds, carriages or playpens. Always store bags out of reach of children.
How do I create an account or reset my password?
Click on Sign In at the top of any page and select Create a new Gigantic Bag account. This will allow you to save addresses, reorder easily and manage subscriptions. If you forget your password, use the Lost your password? link on the login page to reset it.
